Return & Exchange Policy
At Earthen Aura, we want you to be completely satisfied with your self-watering plant pots. If for any reason you are not happy with your purchase, you can return it within 10 days of receipt for a full or exchange. To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused and in its original packaging. Please contact our customer service team to initiate return process, and we’ll guide you every step of the way!
